Sellers CHECK OUT LIST
MINIMIZE ANY ODDS OF THE BUYER ASKING FOR MONEY AT THE CLOSING TABLE DUE TO BEING
DISSATISFIED AT THE FINAL WALK THROUGH. Empty, sweep, dust and vacuum all closets and all crawl spaces.
ATTIC GARAGE
Leave the garage looking like new. Clear out all paint cans and any other cleaning items. Sweep, vacuum and mop.
BASEMENT
Deep clean the basement, get rid of all cobwebs, spider webs, dead insects etc. Sweep, vacuum and mop as well as wipe down pipes and walls.
CLOSETS/CRAWL SPACES
Closets and crawl spaces are completely emptied as well as swept, dusted and vacuumed.
YARD/SHED
Remove planters, yard decorations, rain barrels, compost bins, swing sets, fountains, furniture etc. Remove everything from the shed, broom clean.
BATHROOMS
Sweep and mop, deep clean toilets, showers and tubs. Empty and clean all drawers and closets. Clean the sink and make sure the mirror and windows are wiped crystal clean.
