Horizon
State of Hollowness
I don’t seem to care if anyone notices me,
And I don’t seem to care if I am noticed, just let me be.
I only seem to care about what is right and just And if my heart can adjust.
It certainly doesn’t matter if there is a God caring for me,
And it certainly doesn’t matter if the devil offers me fruit of the poisonous tree.
I only seem to care about what is right and just And if my heart can adjust.
It won’t matter if I die the next day,
And it won’t matter if I live the next year away.
I only seem to care about what is right and just And if my heart can adjust.
I have no concern for what happens to those I call friends,
And I have no concern of what happens to my enemies, I won’t make amends.
I only seem to care about what is right and just And if my heart can adjust.
I want to see the light at the end, it’s been a long road. The journey is rough and at this point my body can erode.

Tired Sleep
Tired
Frustrating, annoying
Falling, yawning, closing
Getting over eight hours at night makes me feel rested. Sleep.
