McClintock ’03Te Padua Endowment Trust, founded in 1981, provides funds to support the fnancial assistance program at Padua Franciscan. Te trust grows through tax-deductible contributions, including gifs of cash, securities, and planned gifs such as life insurance, bequests, or charitable remainder trusts. Tese funds are invested in order to secure the most favorable rate of return. Te endowment trust is managed by an independent board of endowment trustees who make an annual distribution to the school each year from the Trust. Numerous benefactors have established named scholarship funds within the Padua Fran-ciscan High School Endowment Trust for a variety of charitable purposes, from memorials to inspirational family legacies. Tese named funds which are tracked separately within the Endowment Trust are established with a minimum gif of $10,000 or more (cash or pledge, or proceeds from a will, insurance policy, or other planned gif).
