Students Attend College Accounting Career Day
Accounting students attended an Accounting Career Day at Cleveland State University on  ursday, November 16, 2017.  ey heard from a panel of college accounting students and professional accountants about di erent career paths. Sophomores, juniors and seniors also enjoyed a campus tour of CSU.
   Fishing Club Makes a Splash with Students
 irty students joined Padua’s newly- formed Fishing Club.  e group is planning a number of local  shing trips, outings and tournaments in the spring and fall.
St. Francis of Assisi loved nature, the outdoors and animals. In an e ort to incorporate a Franciscan element, the club will participate in a spring cleanup, which will help environmental and conservation e orts.
            Moderators Chris Zgrabik and Bob DiRocco have applied for multiple grants, both locally and nationally. So far, Missouri- based Lew’s Fishing sent Padua’s Fishing Club $1,000 in brand new rods and reels.
   Student Receives Service Award from Medina Hospital
Junior Joseph Falconi ’19 received a service award from Cleveland Clinic’s Medina Hospital. He has been volunteering in the gi  shop two Sundays per month for nearly two years. He was awarded the “100 Hour Award” at their Annual Volunteer Recognition Luncheon on April 19, 2018.
