CUISINE OF
ARIZONA
RESTAURANT, WINERY AND BREWERY GUIDE
Welcome to the 8th edition of the Cuisine of ARIZONA Restaurant, Winery & Brewery Guide. Once again we celebrate the extraordinary local restaurants, wineries and breweries who are the essence of the culinary world in Arizona.
Whether you are visiting the Valley or are a full
time resident, you can see at a glance the types of restaurants, menu choices, prices, hours of operation and even signature recipes. We are constantly striving to provide diners with the most up-to-date, easily
accessible local restaurant information possible — “Like Us” on Facebook or go to our web site www.cuisineofarizona.com so you can keep up on restaurant, winery and brewery information and specials
As publisher, I would like to thank the Arizona Community Farmers Markets and all the excellent restaurants, wineries and breweries for their participation and support in the book & web. The Arizona Wine section is better than ever with maps and vineyard information for both Northern and Southern Arizona and this year a special Wilcox Wine Country section. If you have never been to Arizona wine country, treat yourself and take a day or a weekend to explore some of Arizona’s hidden treasures. This year we also have a full section for the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild. If you are a beer drinker you will want to check out some of the local craft breweries around the state.
It is with great pleasure that we present this years Arizona Community Farmer’s Markets supplement. It features general market information statewide, 5 minute market chef recipes as well as articles on Community Exchange, Unpacking a Farmers Market, On the Vine and
U of A Corporate Extension. Farmer’s Markets are a direct link between
food producers and consumers. In addition to providing top quality, fresh ingredients, they help promote local agriculture, sustainability and a sense of community. The markets are also an enjoyable, open-air experience to share with your friends and neighbors. Remember when ever you can buy Local!
If you plan on traveling to San Francisco this year, check out our
San Francisco Cuisine Restaurant & Wine Guide and website www. sanfranciscocuisine.com for an insider look at some of San Francisco’s finest restaurants & Wineries. You can pick up a copy in San Francisco at the Wine Merchant store in the Ferry Building or request one on line. Remember, restaurant business houes and offerings can and do change. For current info, please refer to individual websites. And, don’t forget to like Cuisine of ARIZONA and San Francisco Cuisine on Facebook so you can receive the latest news and specials from participating restaurants.
