a decade ago fermented into a full blown obsession. Beyond staples on tap that have been painstakingly ne-tuned, Noel, the
head brewer, funnels his creative drive into an ambitious experimental program. 12West sources local ingredients like blood oranges picked from trees at Agritopia and has gone to such lengths as culturing its own yeast strains from citrus on the farm.

Home brewers and longtime friends Matt Trethewey and Greg Sorrels have been conducting Beer Research one pint at a time for the last decade. After successfully home brewing for several years, they decided to bring their craft to the public with the B.R.I.. They
are both heavily in uenced by some of the top breweries in the industry that focus on Belgian Styles and West Coast American Styles. The B.R.I. is a local gathering place where people can share a pint, engage in conversation and enjoy scratch made food. We take the same pride in our kitchen as we do in our brew house. Our menu focuses on the avor pro les of Southern BBQ and the spicy side of the South West, which both pair amazingly with our beer. If you’ve seen it in a commercial, we don’t have it!

Blasted Barley Beer Company brews it beer with laughter and love. We like to get crazy and fool around but we have some classic styles we can’t help running back to. Our Resident Head, Cooper Sepulveda, found his love for craft beer while deployed overseas during his service with the Navy, nding new carbonated delights in each of the 17 countries he visited. With a new found passion for craft, Cooper went on to pursue a career in beer, studying Microbiology at MCC while helping out at local breweries in exchange for experience and ingredients to brew at home. If Cooper isn’t in the brewery, he’s probably thinking about brewing, lurking in the shadows waiting for the right moment to mash in.
