Our inspiration comes from the public houses of Colonial America and Britannia, mixed with the spirit of the iconic beer halls of Europe. With a modern interpretation, this decidedly American establishment gives beer drinkers
a new place to call “Home.” Our decor, motif, theme, and state-of-mind revolve around brewing, the history of brewing, and how the wonderful creation of beer has brought many societies together, and helped to create a sense of “community.”
What a great concept! A festive gathering hall where the entire town is welcome to enjoy great tasting beer, food, fun, and the company of its fellow neighbors

Humble beginnings and unconditional friendship would be, in our minds, perfect ways to describe the history of our brewery and the fruition of our passion. In 2013, we opened the Litch eld Taproom in historic Litch eld Park, AZ just west of the Wigwam Resort. The Taproom is a small neighborhood establishment you can enjoy sandwiches, pretzels and other goodies while sipping on our craft creations.
In 2015, we opened our Peoria, AZ location.
We maintain 20 taps, one of which is a non alcoholic Root Beer. Typically, we have 10 or so of our brews available and about 10 guest beers that we rotate. Take any one of our brews home in a growler or have it canned in a 32oz cans while you wait. We also serve a variety of wines and hand-crafted cocktails. Classic, simple, creative and loving – that’s all we want to do.

3002 E. Washington St. Phoenix, AZ 85034 Welcome to Phoenix’s own craft brewery!
After years of selling beers from breweries
in other states, Fretzy realized his long-time dream of opening a brewery in Phoenix and George returned to the industry he loved dearly.
Sadly both Fretzy and George passed away well before their time. However the dream and vision lives on. We all invite you to come and visit the brewery that they worked so hard
to build and enjoy one of the many delicious locally brewed beers on tap.
Cheers to Fretzy and George!
