Truly the jewel of Wicomico County's park sys- tem, Pemberton Historical Park offers its visitors a variety of low impact outdoor options. The waterfront park boasts miles of meandering nature trails, summer nature camps, field trip opportunities, and a host of family education programs and activities. The park surrounds historic Pemberton Hall, built in 1741, the site of an 18th-century plantation home, making Pemberton Historical Park the area's best-kept secret!
Wicomico features miles of trails for biking and hiking, secluded waterways perfect for canoeing and kayaking, pristine beaches, and some of the richest birding areas in the region.
