Don’t look now but there’s something contagious going around the Spring Valley territory. You could say it’s gone viral. Just ask their targets. Michelle Renfro and Julie Jamison’s combined spunk and enthusiasm is spreading through their territory like wildfire, catapulting them to a top three finish in Rybelsus attainment after POA2a.
Michelle and Julie, who only joined forces at the start of 2021, quickly made a name for themselves in the South Texas Region rankings. The terrific tandem, who posted a 120.3% goal attainment with Rybelsus and a 160.2% combined attainment, say a key to their success is as simple as mutual respect for one another.
“Our relationship is one of total trust, being each other’s cheerleader, recognizing and celebrating each other’s strengths, and always staying positive. Our constant communication with each other and call continuum has also been a key factor to our success. We have fun with each other every day while working hard! It shows and offices appreciate our true admiration for one another and often comment on it,” Michelle and Julie recently shared.
That humble approach allowed them to be of one mindset and embrace a speaker program blitz (especially dinner programs) that exposed a whopping 84 physicians and more than 100 nurses and medical assistants.
“We feel the use of this resource has had a major impact on educating our providers and staff members,” they say.
We follow up immediately after a dinner (or) lunch program, asking providers ‘Will you prescribe your first Rybelsus (or) more Rybelsus after hearing the speaker program and seeing the data presented?’ We have found this immediate follow up to be very effective.”
Down in the Lake Jackson territory, new pod-mates, John Salazar and Tim Shepard are using that same cohesive recipe to two-product success. The guys say they have been strategic in their plan from the very beginning. John and Tim finished as the number two team in the region with Ozempic at 108.1% goal attainment and a top 10 finish in the Rybelsus Rally for POA2a.
“We both know that we are striving for the same goal. Since we are a newer team, we had to quickly adjust to be able to compete with the other teams that had long stability as a team. Neither of us want to let the other one down and that has helped develop a trust. We also play to each other’s strengths and knowing what each person is better at to allow them to flourish and make the team succeed, “ John said.
One of their strengths is focusing on their targets’ needs. Tim says they, “Always approach customers with THEIR habits, needs in mind. Looking up the data before each call and learning the HCPs behavior style is imperative. This helps to provide the BEST alternative solution to assist them in meeting THEIR goal. “ With the selfless and winning attitudes in the Lake Jackson and Spring Valley territories, we may be hearing a lot more from both these teams in the future. And that’ll make their DBM Kirk Childress very happy.
