it was just a puppy wanting to play. In the end they jumped up and ran round together.
“I think they’re going to be friends,” Grace said happily.
When Tiny started to get tired, they
took both dogs inside. Tilly explored the kitchen. When she got bored with that, she pounced on Tiny’s tail and started tugging at it with her sharp teeth.
Tiny gave a plaintive woof.
“Is she annoying you, Tiny?” said Jack,
scooping Tilly up. He sat on the floor, stroking the puppy until she calmed down.
