Spread your grated cheese on to the pastry base. In a bowl, beat your eggs. Add your other fillings to the bowl, then pour the eggy mixture into the tin.
Bake for 35-40 minutes for a large quiche or 15-20 minutes for mini-quiches, until golden on top and getting firm.
You can ask your grown-up to test if the
quiche is cooked by sticking a knife gently into the centre: if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
