That afternoon, NO ONE could take their eyes off the egg because we were all TERRIFIED that it was going to HATCH before the end-of-day bell. But it didn’t.
And then on Tuesday NO ONE would go inside the classroom until we were SURE the egg hadn’t hatched overnight in case there was a DINOSAUR loose in
the classroom.
