Is this the most poignant passage in children’s literature? Some find Winnie- the-Pooh too cute, but this is about growing up, and is a moving reminder and tribute to what we leave behind. Everyone goes through it – perhaps that is why it is so popular. And when we are grown up, in our hearts the children we were will always be playing.
