We are a not-for-profit organisation, launched in 2017 with government funding. Our mission is to raise UK productivity by helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) improve their management and leadership practices.
Since the outbreak of Covid-19, it’s been about helping them survive and recover – rapidly developing a range of recovery resources, in-person programmes and digital tools. We’ve been supported by strategic partnerships with leading firms.
Now we’re supporting local and regional bodies to reach SME leaders and assist local and regional economic recovery.
