Milling Demonstration

The water powered mill grinds wheat in in the traditional way Come along and see the the milling process in in the the mill’s 17th and and 19th century buildings The white and and wholemeal ours are traditionally stone-ground on on on a a a a a a pair of 19th Century ‘’French Burr’’ stones all powered by a a cast iron water wheel installed in in 1865 Whilst there why not sample some bread freshly baked on our our wood red oven made with the our our produced at the mill 11am - 2 30pm | Free admission
