NEW YEAR, NEW LOOK SIGNS
We are excited to announce we have a new board design for 2019!
We have made a few changes to the design, switching to a portrait style and updating
the fonts, which are now more consistent with the evolving Redbrik brand. The boards are also in line with the look and feel of our website, and indeed this magazine, while still attracting as much attention as possible to the properties they signify.
We have updated the terminology used on our Lettings boards, too. The available properties now read ‘For Rent’, not ‘To Let’, while ‘Let Agreed’ will be changing to ‘Now Let’, with a view to being more consistent with the language our clients use and resonate with.
Keep an eye out for our
new signs, which you will see popping up around Sheffield and North Derbyshire very soon!
Runners raised near to £100,000 for charities in the Half Marathon's first two years
REDBRIK CHESTERFIELD HALF MARATHON APPROACHES FUNDRAISING MILESTONE
Organisers and sponsors of the Redbrik Chesterfield Half Marathon have hailed the event’s success after it raised near to £100,000 for charities in its first two years.
The event saw more than 1,500 people register in 2018, many of whom raised funds for good causes including the event’s charity partners, Chesterfield- based Ashgate Hospicecare and Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, based in North Anston.
John Timms, Event Director at Redbrik Chesterfield Half Marathon, said: “To
have raised in the region of £100k in our first two years is remarkable, but we want to kick on and keep raising money for good causes.
“If the event continues to grow at the rate it has done so far, with the help of the people of Chesterfield, the local community and event partners, we can continue to do something very special for some incredible causes.”
The 2019 Redbrik Chesterfield Half will take place on 20 October, starting
at 9:30am from Queen’s Park in Chesterfield.
REDBRIK ACQUIRE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY
We have recently strengthened
our lettings proposition with the acquisition of Noble Hardy Property Management.
Peter Lee, Lettings Director at Redbrik, said: “This acquisition is fantastic news for Redbrik as we look to expand our lettings service further.
“We were attracted to the business as it had a very similar ethos to Redbrik in terms of delivering outstanding customer service and striving for 100 per cent occupancy.
"The company has been very well run and we are inheriting a great business
with no debt or arrears. It is a really nice fit for the Redbrik brand and a great opportunity to expand our lettings offer in Chesterfield."
When looking to sell Noble Hardy Property Management, owner Wilson Spencer identified Redbrik as his preferred buyer.
He commented: “I have built a real bond with my clients and my primary focus was to choose an agency that would look after and take care of my Landlords and Tenants. I have known Redbrik’s co-founders for many years, and when I knew they were interested, they were my number one choice."
