This is a very exciting time for Redbrik as we continue to develop and grow our New Homes department. We’re working with numerous developers to help bring the finest homes to the region and we have been inundated with enquiries about each of the developments.
We recently released Phase One
of Jacques Orchard, a bespoke development of 31 two-bedroom bungalows in South Normanton designed by the multi-award-winning architects at CODA Studios. Each home has been created to harness a calm, minimalist feel throughout that is both soft and contemporary – the perfect properties for downsizers.
There has been a huge amount of interest in Jacques Orchard and within the first week of release, four of the properties were reserved – we don’t expect the properties to be available for long.
Developers Brantingham Homes Ltd. are bringing new life to The Beauchief, one of Sheffeld’s most iconic buildings. A true statement in luxury, this gated development comprises six luxury apartments within the converted Beauchief building, 12 new build apartments and 12 four- and five- bedroom detached family homes.
