How to connect with the Lord...

During this time it might be hard to think that you can still connect with the Lord. As camp did not happen this year, many churches are also closed and spending time with the Lord may seem challenging. But we often fail to remember that Jesus is more than camp, and more than a church building, He is alive and very near. Jesus is beyond the limits of a location or building. You might think it is easier to connect with the Lord outside your home, but in actuality God is always present and therefore always accessible and there to connect with. Some of my best times with the Lord are those spent on the floor of my bedroom, alone. Find that one spot, place headphones in your ears and seek Jesus, it doesn't have to "look pretty" or be formal. Just spend time. If you have a Bible read it - and if not download a Bible app where you can read or just listen to all the wonders Jesus has done!
