EMERGENCY EVACUATION (CONT.)
If you are unable to navigate the stairs independently or require assistance during an emergency evacuation, request the assistance of an Evacuation Coordinator (EVC).
Once outside the building proceed to your assigned Departmental Assembly Area (DAA) as indicated on light posts “B” or “C”.
Supervisors must account for their direct reports. EVC’s will assist with headcounts and will notify emergency personnel for unaccounted employees.
Brother personnel who bring visitors into the building must account for those visitors.
Note: Maintain an attendance record, sign- in sheet or roster to account for all guests during training events, etc.
