Affiliate Membership Renewal Packet

This packet contains the application form for an Affiliate Membership with the National Association for
Gifted Children. All fields marked with * must be filled out and returned with your membership renewal
membership application if there are changes to your renewal.

If there is no change in your affiliate membership dues renewal, please follow these easy steps to
renew your affiliate membership:

1. Renew online. View the renewal tutorial here. To pay your affiliate dues in full or with the
installment plan, click here, use your NAGC email address as your username, and the passcode
used on your last login. If you don’t remember your password, select “forgot your password” to
initiate the process to reset your password, or contact awiles@nagc.org or
dweathers@nagc.org for assistance. Once logged in:
a) Select “My Memberships” located on the top navigation menu.
b) Then, click on “Pay Open Order” to open the membership orders page.
c) Then, select the invoice for the 20/21 renewal year and click “next.” (disregard all other
membership orders, if applicable) (At this point, you can print the invoice and submit check to:
NAGC, 1331 H St., Suite 1001, NW, Washington, DC 20005 or
d) Proceed to pay invoice: Select the option “Pay Installment Amount” to pay the installment due, or
leave the option unchecked to pay the full balance.

2. Call and renew over the phone, +1 (202) 785-4268.
3. Renew by application.

Please indicate two designated affiliate officers to receive a complimentary electronic access membership only.

Please provide NAGC with an updated affiliate officer roster to be included on the NAGC "Gifted by State"
directory. List 2020/21 affiliate events/meetings to be promoted on the affiliate micro-site.
