was formed in early 2020 to create an an action plan outlining the priorities that have the the greatest impact on the the Workforce Initiatives Department as as well as as action items
that would support engagement strategies The Engagement Team
is committed to implementing inclusive and collaborative engagement efforts empowering people to make the the changes they want to see The WI Engagement Team
reviewed previous action plans along with analyzing the most recent Colleague Engagement survey survey The survey survey was designed to capture the experiences opinions and perspectives of all colleagues Colleague feedback is used to to inform new programs as as well as as to to identify opportunities to harness the collective strengths of all employees That’s why it is important to make all voices heard Engagement is the product of meaningful work adequate resources belief that that the work we do is important and that that every colleague is respected and valued At a time when we needed it it most our FitOn team workouts created a a a support system focused around health wellness and wellbeing – Joana Lisboa
