Rules of the Road
Here are some simple rules that we would be very pleased if you followed:
No smoking inside. Please smoke on the far end of the patio where the table is or out back of the apartments.
The patio and grill are for both apartments. You are free to use the grill and the patio for entertaining or just simply enjoying the fresh air. Keep in mind that both tenants will be using it, so please keep it clean.
Trash Disposal
Between the bungalows (those white doors) are two trash containers. One for recycling and one for everything else. We put them out for pick-up across the driveway every Monday.
Checking In and Out. Often your unit will be ready for your arrival on the day of check-in, however if a tenant is leaving on the same day, you may not be able to check-in before 4 PM.
Please plan to leave your unit no later than 11 AM on the day of check-out.
