I could have easily profiled four additional Mormons in this chapter. Their commitment to their principles, church, family, values and lifestyle, in my opinion, is without peer among today’s traditional and not so traditional religions.
One of the Mormons interviewed put it very simply: “My role in life is to imitate Christ in all that I am and all that I do.”
Interestingly, Jesus did have incredible intuitive ability, among other things. He obviously knew how to ask God for the answers.
General King’s Army Career
General King completed over thirty-three years in the United States Army in 2001.
His last assignment was as the Director, National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA).
During his military career, Lieutenant General King served in a variety of command and staff positions. His assignments include tours in the continental United States, Japan, Europe, Middle East, and a combat tour in Vietnam as a Company Commander, 23rd Combat Assistance Brigade to the 23rd Army of Vietnam Infantry Division.
