Presencing Exercise
Ask for Guidance. Here is where the question or intention is important. The question should be phrased in a way where the answer you get gives you clarity and a level of commitment.
What is Present. You will get an answer, however the answer may come in a number of ways: feelings, visions, words, sounds, etc. Learning to discern whether the answer is authentic guidance or the monkey mind is essential to the process.
Generally, if it is a thought with little energy or low energy, go back and become fully present. When guidance is present, you will have a feeling of energy and authenticity or perhaps lightness.
Guidance. If the answer you get gives you a good feeling, a feeling of energy, then it is probably guidance.
