Robert’s Meditation
This is an active meditation that will help you quiet your mind. You will be focused on the exercise rather than what you are thinking. It has been developed by Robert Sabella.
Sit vertical and erect. Ground by visualizing a cord going deeply into the earth. Use a circular breath meaning that there is not hesitation between breathing in and out.
Start with your eyes level. Look down without moving your head and do a series of 25 relatively fast circular breaths. Then look up and repeat the breathing with 25 more, then right, left, down and back to center. Keep doing this for about 10 to 20 minutes.
