Magnet Exercise
You’re feeling good and want to attract specific experiences in your life.
Write a paragraph about what is desired today. Then, as you go through the day, experience yourself as a magnet who has the unique ability to attract whatever is desired.
When you complete the writing exercise, write down the following sentence and repeat it to yourself.
“Now I go forward with the full realization and awareness that whatever I experience today, I have attracted to me.”
