As you awake, try to remember your dream(s). It always helps to write them down. Then see if there is a message that Your Leader Within has left for you.

I had mentioned this example earlier in the book, but it is worth repeating.
I had struggled with helping my church reinvent itself to appeal more to young adults and had tried my usual creative process with little result.
Upon asking for direction, the dream was of a woman delivering a baby and the message was “rethink it. The approach you are taking will not get the church where it needs to go.”
