I want you to know that this is a wonderful book. It has all of you in it. You won’t have to spend a great deal of time marketing because word of mouth is the best way to market it. I want you to know that you have taken some risk in publishing in this format. You have a tendency to reach far ahead and this has worked in many ways, but it is a risk.
I believe you have found a technology that enables you to express yourself and those whom you interviewed in a very good format, but not everyone who desires to know this material will have access to it.
