The second question moves one’s mind and intuition to what he or she desires rather than something they have to give up.
If you listened to Doug Krug (Chapter 5), you may get a better understanding of the power of focusing on what is desired, not its opposite.
The phrasing of the questions should also be designed where the answer will give you direction either as internal (intuition) or external direction (reducing Cost Per Package).
Questions are often disguised
Here is a very important point: 80% of questions are disguised judgements or ideas. They are not meant to elicit information.
To that extent, whether the questions are to Your Leader Within or to someone externally, the questions will not produce the expected result.
For example... “Why did you do it this way?” implies there is a better way or; “Did you think of doing it this way?” implies another way to do it or an idea.
Effective questions are questions to receive information. Any other types of questions tend to confuse connection either with Your Leader Within or with other people.
