“We receive these ‘intuitions’ or intuitive impulses through the solar plexus, which is the location of the 3rd chakra energy center in the body (not the 6th chakra/3rd eye, as many believe).
“Energy-information that goes into the upper chakras has a clarity to it. This is called ‘direct knowing’. But intuition is more of a feeling...a gut feeling, and it’s interpreted through the solar-plexus ‘brain’. It’s subtler and less clear than upper chakra receptivity.
“The gut feeling has to translate the energy- information viscerally and kinesthetically. No matter how much our higher chakras want it to be different (i.e. more intellectual/rational) we cannot ignore the ‘gut feeling’ if we are to follow our intuition.
So, the solar plexus, or 3rd chakra, is like a radar dish that receives the higher-self impulses and transduces them into the body.
“But in order for intuition to even have a chance of being translated into practical knowledge that we choose to act on, we have to trust it, so our relationship with trust and the inner-female/ magnetic/yin/right brain aspect of self is super- critical in terms of allowing ourselves to be led through our intuition.
