: No matter what I do, I can’t get the
mailboxes get very full of old messages. When I point it out after they want me to reset the password they want me to delete all the old messages for them. How can I delete them all at once instead of listening to them one at a time?

Another bonus of this is that the users will remember their voicemail password because they enter it every day!

: You need to retrain your users to press
the Make Busy button twice to log off, not just once. The second keypress will clear the Make Busy condition, and they can get calls.

a call comes in on key zero, but if a call rolls to the second line it just shows the extension number that’s on key zero. Is there a way to make the Caller ID show on those calls?
If you have a secretary (excuse me— Admin) who answers calls for multiple bosses (oops—managers), and needs to answer with a different name depending on whose call it is, DNDA is the right setting. Otherwise, you should always use DNDD.

a better solution, though. Convert your users to using Desktop Manager. The users will enter their mailbox password each time they log into email and see the messages
in a separate folder. The best part is that they can delete the message in email and have the message also delete automatically in CallPilot! They still get the messages in digital form, and can forward them or save them to a drive.
