Stohlquist Limited Lifetime Warranty THINGS THAT VOID A WARRANTY
WARRANTY PROCEDURE
A return authorization is required for all warranty or repair items. Please follow the below steps when seeking return authorization.
1. Contact Stohlquist Customer Service prior to sending in all warranty or repair items.
2. If possible, email a photo of the warranty item in question, along with information on the date of purchase, and the label that is printed on the product.
3. This information will help to speed up the warranty process.
* Note that freight costs will be paid by Stohlquist within the USA only.
Stohlquist products are warranted to the original • purchaser for the reasonable lifetime of the product against manufacturing defects and workmanship. • Stohlquist is not responsible for products that are abused or show normal wear and tear over time.
Please see care instructions for the product you are • purchasing so as to maximize the life of the product.
Damages caused by repairs made at an unauthorized repair shop.
Products classified as "used" or "second" (sold with defects).
Products used in commercial operations, rental programs, and instructional programs.
• Fit issues that arise after a product has been used.
• Purchases/shipments made outside the USA & Canada.
