SA Spring Tour of Homes
It is a pleasure to welcome you to the 2026
Spring Tour of Homes presented by CPS Energy.
This year’s tour features eight highlighted commu-
nities and over 100 homes across the 22 counties
served by the Greater San Antonio Builders Associ-
ation (GSABA). The tour is open over two weekends:
Saturdays, May 16 and 23, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m.; Sundays, May 17 and 24; and Memorial Day,
Monday, May 25, from noon to 5:00 p.m.
New for 2026: many builders on the tour are
offering buyer incentives. From interest-rate buy-
downs and closing-cost assistance to appliance
packages and upgrade credits, incentives vary by
builder and home. Tour attendees are encouraged
to ask each builder for full details and eligibility
when visiting homes—these offers can meaning-
fully lower monthly payments or add valuable
upgrades.
The Spring Tour of Homes offers a wide range of
architectural styles, including American Transition-
al, Contemporary, Modern Hill Country, and more.
Several key trends shaping 2026 homes include:

Sustainable living: energy-efficient systems,
solar-ready designs, smart thermostats, and
sustainable materials.

Smart-home technology: integrated automa-
tion, advanced security, and smart appliances.
•
Flexible spaces: multipurpose rooms for remote
work, guest needs, and adaptable living.
•
Indoor-outdoor living: larger sliding doors, out-
door kitchens, and inviting patios.
•
Wellness-focused design: circadian lighting,
air purification, and quiet spaces for relaxation.
•
Minimalist aesthetics and calming, earthy color
palettes.
•
Community-oriented living: amenity cen-
ters, shared green spaces, and connected
neighborhoods.
Several custom luxury homes on the tour show-
case elaborate wet bars, back-to-back kitchens,
butler pantries, and wine storage rooms. Key
communities on the tour include amenity centers
with swimming pools, walking trails, and nearby
schools.
Homes are located throughout GSABA’s
22-county area, including San Antonio, Boerne,
Castroville, Cibolo, Universal City, Shavano Park,
Seguin, Schertz, and Marion.
Social Media Post Giveaway: Tour attend-
ees are invited to take a selfie at any of the
eight key communities and post it on social me-
dia for a chance to win $1,000. Full contest de-
