THE 2025 PARADE OF HOMES IN
BOERNE!
The 2025 Parade of Homes is just around the corner, and it will take place
at the stunning George's Ranch in Boerne with eight remarkable homes
built by eight exceptional builders: Boerne Luxury Homes, Brad Moore
Builders, John Merritt Homes, KC Custom Homes, Lifestyle by Stadler,
Macaw Custom Homes, Vogel Builders, and Wolff Custom Homes. The
Parade of Homes is our largest revenue event, and we need volunteers to
help us make it all happen.
If you haven't seen this sprawling luxury community, you are in for a treat!
George's Ranch was meticulously crafted to honor Texas heritage in every
designed home. This master planned community blends the rugged allure
of Texas’ vast open spaces with the conveniences and charm of small-town
living. I want to share a few great historical facts on George’s Ranch that
you may not know.
The community is named after a legendary Texas Ranger and pioneer,
George Wilkins Kendall, and George’s Ranch has a Lone Star story unlike
any other place in the state. At George’s Ranch, Kendall’s storied heritage
and Texas history is proudly upheld by preserving the myriad of historical
sites nestled within the property. George Wilkins Kendall’s multifaceted
contributions to Texas left an indelible mark on the state’s history, earning
him the distinct honor of having Kendall County named after him. Established
in 1862, Kendall County pays homage to a man whose influence extended
across various spheres crucial to the development of Texas.
Today, George’s Ranch is a gated haven, on a legendary Hill Country
ranch, offering an idyllic sanctuary for those seeking upscale privacy without
compromising on the opulence of a tailor-made home — making it an ideal
location to host GSABA’s 2025 Parade of Homes.
GSABA has been blessed to work with the developer, The Lookout Group,
over the past two years to make this Parade one of the best yet! Join us for
our 'Member Only' VIP Preview Party on Friday, May 16th and be among
the first to tour these stunning homes that epitomize "livable luxury." Black
Tie Affairs will cater an incredible buffet dinner with carving stations. Tickets
are $95 per person and include two drink tickets. Plus, we have a band to
do some boot scootin too!
We are grateful to Security Service Federal Credit Union for being our
Presenting Partner again this year along with our long-time partners CPS
Energy, Hollywood Crawford Garage Doors and Openers, the NorthPark
Family of Dealers, and MG Building Materials. The 2025 Parade of Homes will
be open to the public from Saturday, May 17th through Monday, May 26th.
General admission tickets are available for $15 per person, but as a
GSABA member, you enjoy exclusive access to discounted tickets at just
$7 each. These special tickets will be mailed directly to your office, and we'll
bill you for those utilized. If you don’t plan on using them, please return them

The NorthPark Family of Dealers will once again
give away a new car on a two-year lease to one
lucky attendee at the 2025 Parade of Homes. You
could win this luxury SUV by filling out the entry
form on site. This year, the grand prize will be
either a Lexus NX or a Lincoln Corsair.
