For over 38 years, Jack Inselmann has been with Zonda, formerly Metrostudy, in various capacities. Currently he is Regional Director for the San Antonio area. During his time, Mr. Inselmann has gained a reputation in the Texas housing industry for thorough analysis and thoughtful insight into the many factors that affect the outlook for the local housing and real estate markets in those cities. He regularly meets and consults with home builders, lenders, private investors and institutions concerning trends in the Texas economies and their effect on real estate values and the demand for housing in those markets.
Mr. Inselmann frequently speaks to industry and professional groups interested in his unique insight into the current status of the industry and his accurate forecasts of future trends.
This is the 35th Housing Forecast that Jack Inselmann has hosted for the Greater San Antonio Builders Association.
