The 2020 Parade of Homes will be like no other Parade held in the history of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA). With the commitment of Laddie Denton and his team at Denton Communities, the GSABA leadership team and our six custom Parade Builders, we are gearing up to deliver a first-class event June 20th through June 28th.
We have worked very hard and gotten extremely creative in hosting this year’s Parade of Homes and I want to share the details with you. People who want to attend and tour the six luxurious homes will purchase their tickets online at www.
sabuilders.com and make a reservation, similar to going to the movies!
We have had to cancel the Preview Party, Realtor Day, North Park Date Night and the Exhibitor Tent so that we can adhere to social distancing guidelines. Attendee parking will be on-site and each reservation will be for two hours. Members and the general public can buy their tickets online for 10:00am to 12:00pm; 12:00pm to 2:00pm; 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Ticket prices are $15 per person and there is a matinee price of $10 per person from 10:00am to noon every day.
The homes range in price from $975,000 to $1,697,000 with approximately 3,400 square feet to 4,900 square feet on gorgeous lots and each home has exceptional amenities. The finish out and furnishings will impress you! Please make plans to attend the 2020 Parade of Homes to support our builders, suppliers, vendors and tradesmen and women who have worked so hard to host this big event.

Serve on the Board of Directors in 2021
The Greater San Antonio Builders Association is accepting nominations to serve on the Board of Directors from July 1st - August 31st, 2020.
Nominate a member who you believe will contribute leadership to the Association
for the next 3 years, including yourself. Eligibility for nomination requires a person to have not served on the Board of Directors within the last 12 months. All nominations must be received by August 31, 2020. The Association Membership will receive ballots by September 13, 2020 to vote and select 4 Builder Directors and 2 Associate Directors which will be sworn in at the Holiday Gala on December 3, 2020.
