WE ARE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE THE 2021 PARADE OF HOMESTM IN BELLE OAKS
The preparations for the upcoming 2020 Parade of Homes in Cantera Hills are in place and we can’t wait to kick off this event with Laddie Denton and his team at Denton Communities and our six Parade Builders on May 15th. Advertising in the Parade Style Magazine and booth sales for the 2020 Parade will begin the first week of February. Stay tuned for details and ways to get involved.
We are excited to announce that we will once again team up with Jay Patterson and Southerland Communities to host the 2021 Parade of Homes May 22nd through May 31st, 2021 in Belle Oaks. Belle Oaks is located in Bulverde in the highly sought-after Comal ISD and only 15 minutes from North San Antonio.
Belle Oaks has impressive amenities to include a swimming pool, playground, walking trails, basketball and tennis courts. Infrastructure features include paved private roads with natural gas, underground utilities, cable, internet and central water.
