Ready or not, here comes the 2024 Parade of Homes! Next month, the annual Parade of HomesTM will showcase some of the finest luxury homes in the region. This prestigious home tour, opening in style with a VIP Preview Party on November 1st, provides a unique opportunity for visitors to explore high-end residential designs and craftsmanship. Presented by Security Service Federal Credit Union, the 2024 Parade of Homes is co-hosted by the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA), the Greater New Braunfels Builders Association, and Bitterblue in partnership with CPS Energy, Hollywood Crawford Garage Doors and Openers, MG Building Materials and Northpark Family of Dealerships.
Along the Parade route, you'll find six breathtaking examples of beautiful luxury homes built by some of San Antonio's top custom home builders. Dale Sauer Homes, Hearthside Homes, Japhet Builders, Macaw Custom Homes, Pencsak Builders, and Sitterle Homes are all making a profound statement with their 2024 Parade Home entries. Each home, priced at more than $1 Million, has something special to offer.
