Thanksgiving is approaching rapidly and this time of year brings with it general friendliness and thankfulness. Within this issue, we explore the talents of Asher Joseph, a spectacular addition to the school. During this time I believe it is important to be thankful for the academic success of students here but it is even more important that we discover what makes each student here special. Of course, a majority of the school can boast high grade point averages and advanced classes but what sets each person apart? Is it a tremendous athletic talent that has brought Edgewood to the forefront in a strong county of sports? Could it be a dedication to giving back to the community in any and every way possible? Whatever it is, each student at Edgewood has something that sets them apart besides the excellence in academics so publicly boasted. Make a point to find out what sets you and your peers apart, what makes you special. Our school has the potential to be so much more than just academics because of you.
