In order to keep up with emerging technology, the CCC has recently installed a reception kiosk. When it goes live, this digital tower, that includes a screen and a player will provide up to the minute information about daily activities in the building. “In the near future, visitors will be able to approach the kiosk and find a calendar
of events, our training schedule with maps,
and enjoy some videos from around BPS,” Piccolella said.

While these superheroes are super busy with phone calls, walk-in visitors, and numerous requests for information in a day, they take great pride in their work. “At the end of the day, it’s all about helping people, so the more I know, the more I can help,” Hiller said.
Patty Williams is new to the BPS team. She, her husband, and dog, Maddy live in Melbourne.
Also new in the front lobby is the Raptor check-in service.
“We might not have all the answers, but we try to make the caller or visitor feel like they are speaking with someone who really cares about their situation,” said Patricia Williams, customer care representative. “That can make all the difference.”

Linda Piccolella has worked for BPS for 35 years. She and her husband, Jeff, live in Viera with their dog Henry and his brother, a tabby cat, Skyboy.
