Kale Chips
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
1. Wash & cut kale along the center, remove the rib- this will give you two leaf halves.
2. Put leaves in bowl and toss with olive oil, use fingers to evenly coat.
3. Spread leaves on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. 4. Bake until crisp approximately 10-12 minutes, careful not to burn.
5. Cool and serve. Left overs will keep fresh for 4-5 days in airtight container.
