inspect the material(s) chosen to fabricate the products that I have hired

fabricate.
I have been informed of WARERITE DISTRIBUTORS recommendations to
view and inspect the material(s) prior to fabrication. I, ____________________, Consumer
decline to view and inspect the material(s) against WARERITE DISTRIBUTORS recommendations.
In waiving my rights to view and inspect the material(s) prior to fabrication, I the customer, will not hold WARERITE DISTRIBUTORS liable for:
• Veining—which occurs naturally in ALL natural stone materials
• Color variations—which is a natural occurrence in ALL natural stone
• Any other natural occurring characteristics that may be present with the natural stone material being fabricated.
