For this I wish to congratulate all people involved in TEAM in 2020-2021.
I welcome all new members of 2021-2022, and would like to emphasise that:

• By deploying the learnings and mindset of
TEAM into your entire company, you will a have an extra lever to reach manufacturing excellence.

During my 7 years involvement in TEAM, I witnessed how this organisation is a powerful catalyst for both people and companies’ development.
Following guidance of Okano-san, Hoshino- san and Kai-san, we have applied kaizen year after year to continuously enhance TEAM benefits to its members.
When COVID-19 arrived, “kaikaku” time started – how to perform Tachimbo and Networking without “genchi genbutsu” in the core group factories.
Thanks to the willingness and continuous commitment of its members and with support of TME Purchasing engineers and buyers, TEAM evolved quickly organising trials to continue its activities. Each Core Group started with a different remote methodology, and then all benchmarked each other. We saw best practice during IRM, further proposal will follow during ARM.
We made it! TEAM is a living organisation using remote solutions and new organisation of activities to continue its mission: “Build an agile and competitive supplier panel based on trust and supported by TPS fundamentals, best practice sharing and people development”.
