Thammasat International Moot Society (TIMS)
TIMS is a student-led organization founded by current TU mooters, aimed to provide a platform for students to explore their passion in mooting, by developing their skills in research and oral advocacy.
Welcome to our new home. Thammasat International Moot Society (TIMS) - the first of its kind in Thailand!
In recent years, we found a growing sense of community among students who participated in Moot Court Competitions in Thammasat university. Moot court is not just a competition but a platform of discovering and going beyond oneself. This worthwhile experience should be shared among all students who are interested. We encourage our fellow TU students to join our community and start their own invaluable experiences through moot court.

กิจักรรม “Moot Court” หรือ ทีร้้จัักกันัว่า “ศาลจัําาลองภาษาอังกฤษ” เป็นักิจักรรมทีให้ นัักศึกษาได้ฝ่ึกฝ่นัทักษะในัการคิ้นัคิว้าหาข้อม้ล
และว่าคิวามเป็นัภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย โดย กิจักรรมดังกล่าวจัะมีการคิัดเลือกนัักศึกษา เพอื เป็นั ตัวแทนัของมหาวิทยาลัยในัระดับภายในัประเทศ หรือตัวแทนัประเทศไทยในัระดับระหว่างประเทศ
ภายในักลุ่มกินักรรม “Moot Court” จัะ มีการจััดกิจักรรม Internal Moot Court ซึ่ึง เป็นักิจักรรมสําาหรับนัักศึกษาทุกท่านัทีต้องการ จัําาลองว่า หากตนัได้เป็นัทนัายคิวามจัะต้อง มีการส้้คิดีอย่างไร โดยเริมตังแต่การคิ้นัคิว้าหา ข้อม้ล การเขียนัคิําาฟุ้องและคิําาให้การ คิําาแถลง ด้วยวาจัา และการว่าคิวามต่อศาล ซึ่ึงกิจักรรม ดังกล่าวจัะมีกลุ่มกิจักรรม “Moot Court” เป็นั ผ้้จััดกิจักรรมและมีคิณาจัารย์ ศิษย์เก่าคิอยให้ คิําาปรึกษา อาจักล่าวได้ว่าเป็นักิจักรรมวิชาการ (Academic Activity) ทีให้ทังทักษะคิวามร้้ กฎหมาย ด้านัภาษา รวมถึงมิตรภาพระหว่างรุ่นัพี และรุ่นันั้องอีกด้วย
