- Vice Chairperson of NIDA Council, the President, and representatives of the graduates and current students welcome his arrival.
- Mr. Kasem Watanachai proceeds to the 2nd floor (by the elevator).
- Mr. Kasem Watanachai proceeds to the reception lounge.
- Mr. Kasem Watanachai dons the academic gown.
- Mr. Kasem Watanachai signs the guest book of NIDA.
- Mr. Kasem Watanachai leaves the reception lounge.
- Mr. Kasem Watanachai proceeds to the 1st floor (by the elevator).
- Mr. Kasem Watanachai proceeds to the auditorium.

progress to Mr. Kasem Watanachai.
- The President of NIDA invites Buddhist monk graduates to have their degrees
conferred.
- Mr. Kasem Watanachai leaves his seat and confers the degree on the Buddhist
monk graduates.
- Mr. Kasem Watanachai returns to his seat.
- The President of NIDA introduces the recipients of honorable doctoral degrees in
Economics, Communication Arts and Innovation, and Environmental Management, respectively.
