Conclusion: Subclinical VKD was prevalent in children with cirrhosis, even in patients without
cholestasis or receiving VKP. Therefore, VKP adjustment and VKD monitoring should be
considered, particularly in advanced liver disease. INR may underestimate the prevalence
of VKD.
