Conclusions: These findings establish YAP as a key regulator of GBM progression and therapy resistance
as observed in both cell lines and patient-derived cells. Therefore, targeting YAP as an
adjunctive therapy alongside standard treatment presents a promising strategy to improve
GBM treatment outcomes.
