Conclusion: The present study demonstrated that CMV-specific T-cells measured by ICS and ELISPOT
assays were well correlated which suggests that these assays could be used to monitor
CMV-specific T-cells. Anti-CMV IgG level could be a marker of past CMV infection and
could be correlated with CMIR against CMV infection in immunocompetent hosts.
