& SUPERVISION
Chris has been associated with numerous productions across the UK and USA, West
End and Broadway, as a musical director, orchestrator and dance arranger.
Theatre includes: Godspell, Oliver!, Side by Side by Sondheim, My Fair Lady, Tomfoolery, Me and My Girl, Cabaret, Follies, Hot Shoe Shuffle, The Secret Garden, Sweet Charity, Imagine This, Acorn Antiques – the Musical and Lend Me a Tenor. He contributed the dance arrangements for the National Theatre and Cameron Mackintosh’s West End production of My Fair Lady and its highly successful UK and USA national tour, and provided orchestrations for a recording of The Likes of Us, the first show ever composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber
and Tim Rice. He is also a prolific composer in his own right, has produced numerous cast recordings and has worked extensively for television and film, providing orchestrations for the movies Shirley Valentine and Impromptu. His credits include writing the orchestrations and dance arrangements for the West End
He was recently co-director of The Oliviers
in Concert (Royal Festival Hall) and associate director of High Society (Old Vic). His work as musical director/supervisor includes: Little Shop of Horrors (Manchester Royal Exchange), The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (Birmingham Rep), Floyd Collins (Southwark Playhouse) and Dreamboats and Petticoats (UK tour).
