Welcome...
On behalf of all at Upper Eden RUFC, it gives me great pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all visitors to Pennine Park today. As well as their players we welcome the officials and supporters from the opposition.
This year Upper Edens 1st xv are playing in Regional 2 North and the second team are playing in the Candy League Division 2 South. The Upper Eden Eagles are playing in NC2 North, I would like thank all players for representing the club and wish them an enjoyable game today and a successful season.
We are extremely grateful for the continued support from our sponsors and supporters and thank them all for their continued support.
Also, our thanks to today’s match officials, as you know, we cannot play without them. They are all giving up their time and we must all always respect their decisions.
It would be remiss of me not to thank the volunteers at Upper Eden for all their hard work behind the scenes, enabling us to host today’s game. I hope that we see a great game today and that you are all able to take advantage of the excellent facilities at the club.
